In a variety of areas in military administrative law, the service member is given the right to present evidence and argument before an administrative board that evaluates the evidence, applies statutes and regulations to the facts of the case, and makes a determination that materially impacts the rights of the service member. At each of these types of boards, you may have the right to some level of representation by military counsel; at each you have the right to retain an experienced attorney to represent you in responding to the evidence against you and presenting your case clearly to the board.
